Workshop | AI below the Line: How to Optimise Budget and Quality of Series Production

There is a large and growing appetite among classical series producers to incorporate AI into their work — and a corresponding gap in qualified guidance. Most do not yet have a working sense of what is technically possible, what is legally safe, or how AI actually changes a production plan in practice. Co-led by Milad Mesof — whose AI credits include House of David (Amazon) — the workshop would walk experienced producers through hybrid-production methodology (live acting combined with AI sets, stunts, and VFX), the current state of AI tools, the legal and rights landscape, and how to integrate AI into existing pipelines without compromising craft. The goal is practical: to give traditional series producers the qualifications and confidence to take their first serious hybrid project into production.
