Gisa Flake, born 1985 in Braunschweig, has been performing on stage in cabaret and theater productions since her childhood. She completed her acting training at the Bavarian Theater Academy in Munich in 2010 with a diploma. In 2009 Gisa won the national singing competition and in the same year she began working for film and television. She is known for her role in „Polizeiruf 110“, as a permanent ensemble member in the „Heute Show“, or from productions such as „Jerks“, „4 Blocks“ and „Wickie“. In 2024 she played the leading role on the stage of the Komische Oper, Berlin, directed by Axel Ranisch. In 2020, she won the German Acting Award for her role in “Sag du es mir”. The Berliner-by-choice also works as a screenwriter and voice actress and tours with her chanson programs.
