Launch your journey into the series industry! Join us for Season 03 as an intern and gain exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at one of Europe’s leading festivals for serial storytelling. You will work directly with our programming team on conference production, and industry networking. This internship offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practical skills, build professional connections, and contribute to a vibrant creative community.

In this role, you will assist the programming team in coordinating and executing a think tank format at the Seriesly Berlin Conference.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum)

• Period: immediate start – September 24, 2026

• Compensation: €600 gross per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating open call and managing data collection via surveys (e.g., Luma/LamaPoll).

• Supporting the programming team with survey coordination and analysis.

• Assisting in the organization and execution of panels and sessions.

• Managing communication with participants, including scheduling and technical setup for online sessions.

Your profile:

• You are based in Berlin with an interest in the film and audiovisual industry. Previous experience at cultural or festival events is a plus.
• You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You handle stressful situations well and are efficient at multitasking.
• You are confident and welcoming when interacting with festival guests and stakeholders. feel comfortable being in contact with our guests.
• You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of German.
