Launch your journey into the series industry! Join Seriesly Berlin for Season 03 as an intern and gain exclusive experience at one of Europe’s up-and-coming serial storytelling festivals. You will work directly with our team on festival operations, conference production and industry networking. This internship offers an opportunity to deepen your practical skills/knowledge and build professional connections, and contribute to a vibrant creative community.

You will assist the Guest Manager in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for the guests attending the festival premieres and conference.

We are offering a mandatory internship position to support our team between 03/08 – 24/09/2026.

The internship is fulltime. The compensation is 600 € gross per month. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing flight and hotel bookings for or guests in coordination with the program team
• Assisting with identifying and pursuing potential sponsors to support the guest travel expenses
• Organising and regularly updating the festival database 
• Communication with guests, including mailings with guests’ schedules / Provide overall support for guest communications

during the festival:

• Managing the information desk at the partner hotel
• Assisting guests with the general inquiries and requests

• Coordinating and overseeing the shuttle service

Your profile:

You are based in Berlin with an interest in the film and audiovisual industry. Previous experience at cultural or festival events is a plus.

You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

 You handle stressful situations well and are efficient at multitasking.

You are confident and welcoming when interacting with festival guests and stakeholders.

You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of German.
