Launch your journey into the series industry! Join us for Season 03 as an intern and gain exclusive experience at one of Europe’s up-and-coming serial storytelling festivals. You will work directly with our team on festival operations, conference production and industry networking. This internship offers an opportunity to deepen your practical skills/knowledge and build professional connections, and contribute to a vibrant creative community.

You will be assisting the Accreditation and Ticketing Manager in organising the accreditation for up to 500 festival participants and industry guests as well as setting up and running the online ticket shop for the Seriesly Berlin Premieres.

We are offering a mandatory internship position to support our team between 15/08 – 24/09/2026.

The internship is fulltime. The compensation is 600 € gross per month. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming accreditation requests
• Festival database management
• Preparing mailing sendouts
• Supporting communication with accredited participants
• Setting up and managing the online ticketing system
• Assisting in developing marketing strategies for ticket sales
• Distribution of posters and brochures to promote the festival Distribution of promotional materials

During the festival:

• Setting up and managing the information desk
• Supervising the accreditation distribution workflow and entry control at the venue, coordinating with volunteers
• Supporting the supervision of volunteers at the festival venues

Your profile:

You are based in Berlin with an interest in the film and audiovisual industry. Previous experience at cultural or festival events is a plus.

You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You handle stressful situations well and are efficient at multitasking.

You are confident and welcoming when interacting with festival guests and stakeholders. feel comfortable being in contact with our guests.

You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of German.
